SiteAudit MPS

Starting with an innovative discovery mechanism, SiteAudit goes beyond standard MPS tools by building an inventory of all networked and local printers without the use of desktop agents. SiteAudit tracks output counts, page costs, error statistics and up to 500 pieces of individual printer data.

Next-generation services result from SiteAudit's extensive data collection, stored history and scalability-from 25 to 25,000 printers. Specialized algorithms employ this data to calculate toner yields, service uptime and downtime, and other useful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Compact MPS

Compact is an Internet MPS solution that collects local and networked printer data remotely. Data is securely transferred over the internet to hosted partner or Netaphor site. Compact can be used for both assessments and ongoing management. Compact is targeted to small and medium environments and provides meter counts, supplies and asset information. Alerts are also supported.
